TOrcH: Leave Your Mark

I saw a excellent documentary called Ador and while watching noticed that the music really blended well with it. I really wanted to know who it was, and assumed it would be some retro style Japanese band like Ego Wrappin' or something similar. But I was excited to find out that it was an american band. Woo hoo. I ordered your CD and look forward to receiving it.

In listening for the first time,Torch has created a fresh invigorating realm around me this morning as I sit working tediously in my office and I love the way it feels.

Got "before the night is over" a couple years ago on some random mp3 blog. I was listening to it today thinking how good it was, so I found this site and I'm buying the CD!

I love what I have heard so far. I actually stopped what I was doing when I heard the first song...and that's a rare occasion for me.
Thanks for making GOOD music.
Peace.

It seems to me like simply yapping about the greatness of their music, the soul it capsules within, or about how lucky Austin is to count them as representatives would probably be somewhat repetitive, so I'll say this instead: moths kick ass, and (aside from being splendid musicians) they also feel like splendid people. Werd to Torch.

I was very impressed by your performance @ Luna on Nov 10. Keep it up. Also, I would like to purchase your first CD "Songs for staying home", know anybody that is willing to part with one?

Your concert was great in December at Los Pinos, but I never thought it wouldn't be. As usual, you WOW - ed the crowd. Thanks for taking us to a whole new realm of your rock music. Hope you all come back soon. The newly bottled Syrah is even better than the last. Your East Texas groupie, TByrd

i was surprised at the fact that in spite of the flow of jazz vocalists and musicians out there and in new york city especially , u guys really stand out .. Seela's voice has sort of a "retro" charm, timidity and power at the same time ... band is very tuned to her for that matter... i hope to hear you soon live

Seela, I'm 99% sure that you are the same person I knew as a little girl in Toronto, Canada. Your sister's name is Neela, right? Do you remember Tani Purohit? She just informed by email that your mother passed away recently. I am very sorry for your loss. I haven't seen you since you were little. I miss you and your sister.
I only just found out, by Googling you, that you are a singer. As I love swing, I'll be checking out your music soon, if I can find it up here.
Please drop Tani a line, via me, if you can. She misses you and Neela as well.

I hope to make it to Luna tonight. I'm only 21 and I thought I was an old soul for loving this type of music but its nice to see that someone young is keeping it cool. Love the voice!
